Preparation of Yeast dumplings

- 10 Egg yolk
- 12.5 dag Butter
- 125 g Powdered sugar
- 2.5 packages Vanilla sugar
- 2.5 tsp Salt
Beat 12.5 dag Butter with 10 Egg yolk, 125 g Powdered sugar, 2.5 packages Vanilla sugar and 2.5 tsp Salt until frothy.
dough
- 1 kg Flour
Knead the butter scrapings with the starter dough and 1 kg Flour to form a smooth dough.
Divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, cover the balls with a damp cloth and leave to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

- 250 g Powidl
Press the balls flat, place 250 g Powidl on top and shape the balls.
(if the dumplings do not stick together, moisten with a little water).

Cook in lightly salted water for 8 minutes, turn and cook for a further 8 minutes.
serve
- 225 g Butter
- 225 g Powdered sugar
- 225 g Poppy seeds
Melt 225 g Butter, pour onto the dumplings and sprinkle with 225 g Powdered sugar and 225 g Poppy seeds.
