Preparation of Apricot dumplings

Cook dumplings

Process 50 dag Curd cheese, 2 eggs, 6 tbsp Bread crumbs and 6 tbsp Semolina into a dough. Leave to infuse in the cold for 15 minutes. Coat 500 g Apricots with curd cheese dough approx. 1 cm thick. Form dumplings with the help of breadcrumbs. Simmer the apricot dumplings in lightly salted Water for 10 minutes.

Crumb coating

Melt 100 g Butter in a pan. Roast 20 dag Bread crumbs in it while stirring. Add 4 tbsp Sugar. Lift the cooked apricot dumplings out of the water with a sieve scoop and roll in the breadcrumbs.

Serve

  • Bread crumbs, Powdered sugar
Serve three apricot dumplings per portion with Bread crumbs and sprinkle with Powdered sugar.
