Ingredients: 20 Plums, 500 g potatoes, 130 ml Whipping cream, 120 g Flour, 2 eggs, 80 g Butter

Preparation of Baked plum dumplings

Potato dough

Boil or steam ½ kg potatoes until soft. Peel and finely press the potatoes. Knead into a dough with 12 dag Flour, 1 Egg and 3 dag Butter.

Forming plum dumplings

Wash and dry 20 small Plums. Shape the potato dough into a roll approx. 5 cm thick. Cut 1-2 cm thick slices from it. Flatten the dough with floured hands and wrap each plum in it.

Bake plum dumplings

Melt 50 g Butter in a casserole dish and carefully toss the dumplings in it. Bake the dumplings in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.

Frosting

Stir 130 ml Whipping cream and 1 Egg until smooth. Pour this glaze over the plum dumplings and bake for a further 15 minutes.
