Ingredients: 1 kg apples, 1 cup Flour, 1 cup Semolina, ½ cups Sugar, 80 g Butter, 1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation of Apple semolina cake

Flour mix

Mix 1 cup Flour, 1 cup Semolina, ½ cups Sugar and 1 tsp Baking powder.

Apples

Core 1 kg apples and cut into small pieces.

Layers

Alternate layers of flour mixture and apples in a cake tin. (Start and finish with the flour mixture). Cut 80 g Butter into small pieces and spread over the top layer.

Baking

Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C.
