Preparation of Apple semolina cake
Flour mix
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Semolina
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Mix 1 cup Flour, 1 cup Semolina, ½ cups Sugar and 1 tsp Baking powder.
Apples
- 1 kg apples
Core 1 kg apples and cut into small pieces.
Layers
- 80 g Butter
Alternate layers of flour mixture and apples in a cake tin.
(Start and finish with the flour mixture).
Cut 80 g Butter into small pieces and spread over the top layer.
Baking
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C.
