Ingredients: 330 g Curd cheese, 150 g Bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 100 g Hazelnuts, 70 g Butter, 50 g Semolina, 2 tbsp Powdered sugar, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Sugar, Flour

Preparation of Curd cheese dumplings with nut coating

dough

Mix 33 dag Curd cheese, 2 tbsp Powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp Lemon juice until smooth. Melt 20 g Butter and stir in as well. Stir in 50 g Bread crumbs and 50 g Semolina. Chill for 1 hour.

  • Flour
Shape the dough into balls (2 per portion), roll in Flour and simmer in salted water for approx. 10 minutes.

crumble

Melt 50 g Butter in a pan. Stir in 10 dag Bread crumbs and roast briefly with 10 dag ground Hazelnuts at the end. Add 1 tbsp Sugar. Roll the cooked dumplings in it.

serve

Serve with vanilla sauce or stewed plums.
