Preparation of Apple and carrot muffins
Stir muffin batter
- 85 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 package Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Prise Salt
Mix 85 g Flour, 50 g Sugar, 1 tsp Baking powder and Prise Salt.
Mix 1 Egg with 2 tbsp Oil, 2 tbsp Milk and 1 package Vanilla sugar.
Mix both mixtures to form a dough.
Apple + carrot
Bake muffins
Place the paper cases in a muffin tray and pour the batter into the cases.
Bake the muffins in the oven at 200°C for approx. 25 minutes.
