Ingredients for 6 pieces: 1 Apple, 1 Carrot, 85 g Flour, 50 g Sugar, 1 Egg, 2 tbsp Oil, 2 tbsp Milk, 1 package Vanilla sugar, 1 tsp Baking powder, Salt

Preparation of Apple and carrot muffins

Stir muffin batter

Mix 85 g Flour, 50 g Sugar, 1 tsp Baking powder and Prise Salt. Mix 1 Egg with 2 tbsp Oil, 2 tbsp Milk and 1 package Vanilla sugar. Mix both mixtures to form a dough.

Apple + carrot

Coarsely grate 1 Apple and finely grate 1 Carrot and stir into the batter.

Bake muffins

Place the paper cases in a muffin tray and pour the batter into the cases. Bake the muffins in the oven at 200°C for approx. 25 minutes.
