Preparation of Yeast dumplings

- 50 Egg yolk
- 62.5 dag Butter
- 625 g Powdered sugar
- 12.5 packages Vanilla sugar
- 50 ml Salt
Beat 62.5 dag Butter with 50 Egg yolk, 625 g Powdered sugar, 12.5 packages Vanilla sugar and 50 ml Salt until frothy.
dough
- 5 kg Flour
Knead the butter scrapings with the starter dough and 5 kg Flour to form a smooth dough.
Divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, cover the balls with a damp cloth and leave to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

- 1.25 kg Powidl
Press the balls flat, place 1.25 kg Powidl on top and shape the balls.
(if the dumplings do not stick together, moisten with a little water).

Cook in lightly salted water for 8 minutes, turn and cook for a further 8 minutes.
serve
- 1.13 kg Butter
- 1.13 kg Powdered sugar
- 1.13 kg Poppy seeds
Melt 1.13 kg Butter, pour onto the dumplings and sprinkle with 1.13 kg Powdered sugar and 1.13 kg Poppy seeds.
