Preparation of Rhubarb - curd cheese cake

- 25 eggs
- 125 dag Curd cheese
- 125 dag Flour
- 115 dag Baking sugar
- 85 dag Butter
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 5 packages Baking powder
- Salt, Vanilla sugar, Lemon, Rum, Raisins
Beat 85 dag Butter, 85 dag Baking sugar, a pinch of Salt, 1 pkg of Vanilla sugar, the grated zest of one Lemon and the yolks of 25 eggs until very frothy.
Add 125 dag Curd cheese, 100 ml Sour cream, Raisins soaked in Rum, 125 dag Flour smooth and 5 packages Baking powder.
Whisk with 30 dag Baking sugar and fold in the egg whites.

Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray and top with Rhubarb.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about half an hour.
