Preparation of Rhubarb - curd cheese cake

- 0.63 Egg
- 3.13 dag Curd cheese
- 3.13 dag Flour
- 2.88 dag Baking sugar
- 2.13 dag Butter
- ¼ tbsp Sour cream
- 0.13 packages Baking powder
- Salt, Vanilla sugar, Lemon, Rum, Raisins
Beat 2.13 dag Butter, 2.13 dag Baking sugar, a pinch of Salt, 1 pkg of Vanilla sugar, the grated zest of one Lemon and the yolks of 0.63 Egg until very frothy.
Add 3.13 dag Curd cheese, ¼ tbsp Sour cream, Raisins soaked in Rum, 3.13 dag Flour smooth and 0.13 packages Baking powder.
Whisk with ¾ dag Baking sugar and fold in the egg whites.

Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray and top with Rhubarb.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about half an hour.
