Preparation of Apple pancakes
Dough and apples
Schmarrn
- Raisins
Pour the batter into the pan in portions (approx. 5mm high) and sprinkle with Raisins and apple slices.
When the dough starts to set, divide the pancake into four parts and turn piece by piece.
After a few minutes, tear the Schmarrn into pieces.
Serve
- Powdered sugar
Sprinkle the pancakes with Powdered sugar and serve with stewed plums, apple sauce or jam.
