Preparation of Apple pancakes

Dough and apples

Disconnect 4 eggs. Mix the egg yolks with 20 dag Flour and 400 ml Milk to form a smooth batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the snow into the batter. Finely slice 4 apples.

Schmarrn

  • Raisins
Pour the batter into the pan in portions (approx. 5mm high) and sprinkle with Raisins and apple slices. When the dough starts to set, divide the pancake into four parts and turn piece by piece. After a few minutes, tear the Schmarrn into pieces.

Serve

  • Powdered sugar
Sprinkle the pancakes with Powdered sugar and serve with stewed plums, apple sauce or jam.
