Preparation of Kaiserschmarrn
Dough
- 6 eggs
- ¼ L Milk
- 12 dag Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 package Vanilla sugar
Separate 6 eggs for the dough.
Mix the egg yolks with 2 tbsp Sugar, 1 package Vanilla sugar, 12 dag Flour and ¼ L Milk until smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold the snow into the yolk mixture.
Bake Kaiserschmarrn
- 50 g Butter
Melt 50 g Butter in a large pan.
Pour in the batter and bake for a few minutes over a medium heat.
Bake the Kaiserschmarrn with the pan in the oven at 200°C for 10 - 15 minutes.
Finish the Kaiserschmarrn
- Sugar, Powdered sugar
Tear the Kaiserschmarrn into pieces about 4 cm in size and sprinkle with Sugar.
Stir so that the sugar caramelizes slightly.
Sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with Powdered sugar.
