Preparation of Blackberry pie
Snow
Dough
- 250 ml Milk
- 15 dag Flour
- 10 dag Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Mix 15 dag Flour, 250 ml Milk and the egg yolks with 1 tbsp Sugar.
10 dag Blueberries (preferably fresh from the forest) and fold in the beaten egg whites.
The consistency of the dough should be firmer like a pancake dough.
Baking
- 1 tbsp Butter
Melt 1 tbsp Butter in a pan.
Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle, but do not spread it as you would with pancakes.
3-4 pieces are sufficient in a large pan.
Reduce the heat and turn after a few minutes.
Serve
- Powdered sugar, Whipping cream
Serve with Powdered sugar and Whipping cream.
