Preparation of Rhubarb - curd cheese cake

- 12.5 eggs
- 62.5 dag Curd cheese
- 62.5 dag Flour
- 57.5 dag Baking sugar
- 42.5 dag Butter
- 5 tbsp Sour cream
- 2.5 packages Baking powder
- Salt, Vanilla sugar, Lemon, Rum, Raisins
Beat 42.5 dag Butter, 42.5 dag Baking sugar, a pinch of Salt, 1 pkg of Vanilla sugar, the grated zest of one Lemon and the yolks of 12.5 eggs until very frothy.
Add 62.5 dag Curd cheese, 5 tbsp Sour cream, Raisins soaked in Rum, 62.5 dag Flour smooth and 2.5 packages Baking powder.
Whisk with 15 dag Baking sugar and fold in the egg whites.

Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray and top with Rhubarb.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about half an hour.
