Preparation of Tom Yum soup
vegetables
- 10 Zucchini
- 15 Carrots
- 5 Onions
- 150 ml Clarified butter
5 Onions finely chop.
15 Carrots and 10 Zucchini roll the dice.
Heat 150 ml Clarified butter in a pan and sauté the vegetables in it.
meat
- 400 dag Chicken breast
- 150 ml Tomato paste
- 150 ml Soy sauce
Dice 400 dag Chicken breast and also add to the pot.
The meat should only be fried briefly so that it is still raw on the inside.
Add 150 ml Tomato paste and 150 ml Soy sauce, stir in and fry briefly.

- 10 L Water
- 2.5 L Coconut milk
- 2.5 Pineapple
Infuse with 10 L Water and 2.5 L Coconut milk.
Cut 2.5 Pineapple into pieces and add to the mixture.
season
- 5 Lime
- 150 ml chopped Ginger
- 150 ml chopped Galangal
- 20 Lime leaves
- 10 Bay leaves
- 10 Lemongrass
- Salt, Coriander leaves
Season with Salt, 20 Lime leaves, 10 Bay leaves, juice from 5 Lime, 10 Lemongrass, 150 ml chopped Ginger, Coriander leaves and 150 ml chopped Galangal.
finish
- 1 L Whipping cream
Simmer for about 1 hour.
Stir in 1 L Whipping cream before serving.
