Ingredients: Potato soup for 4 persons

Ingredients: 400 g potatoes, ¼ Celery, 1 Onion, 50 ml Oil, 50 ml Whipping cream, 2 cloves Garlic, Salt, Caraway

Preparation of Potato soup

Cutting vegetables

Cut 40 dag potatoes and ¼ Celery into 5 mm cubes. Finely chop 1 Onion and 2 cloves Garlic.

Roast vegetables

Sauté the onion and garlic in 50 ml Oil until translucent. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry for a few minutes while stirring.

Deglazing & cooking

Deglaze with 750 ml Water and season with Salt and Caraway. Cover the potato soup and simmer on a low heat for approx. 30 minutes.

Bind

Remove 2 ladles of the soup and puree with a hand blender. Add back to Soup together with 50 ml Whipping cream and bring to the boil again.
