Preparation of Clear vegetable soup

- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Peppercorns
- 5 Juniper berries
- 2 Bay leaves
- etwas Lovage
Prepare 1 tbsp Mustard seeds, 1 tbsp Peppercorns, 5 Juniper berries, 2 Bay leaves and etwas Lovage.
Water
- 2 L Water
Put the vegetables and spices in a pan with 2 L Water.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 1.5 hours.
