Preparation of Cream of vegetable soup

Cooking
- 1.5 L Water
- 50 ml Whipping cream
- Salt
Pour in 1.5 L Water and simmer for 30 minutes.
After half the cooking time, season with Salt.
Add 50 ml Whipping cream.
Remove from the heat and puree with a hand blender.
Pass through a sieve if necessary.
Serving
Serve with a dollop of cream and fresh herbs.
