Preparation of Pumpkin - vegetable soup

Cut 500 g Pumpkins into 2 cm pieces. Cut 2 Carrots in half lengthwise and cut into pieces. Cut 1 Leek into strips.

Heat 3 tbsp Clarified butter in a saucepan. First sauté the leek, then the carrots and pumpkin for a few minutes until translucent.

Pour in 1.3 L Water and simmer for 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking, season with Salt and Soup powder.
