Preparation of Pumpkin - vegetable soup

- 3 tbsp Clarified butter
Heat 3 tbsp Clarified butter in a saucepan.
First sauté the leek, then the carrots and pumpkin for a few minutes until translucent.

- 1.3 L Water
- Salt, Soup powder
Pour in 1.3 L Water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, season with Salt and Soup powder.
serve
- Pepper
Season with fresh ground Pepper before serving.
