Preparation of Crunchy muesli
nuts
mix
- ½ g Cereal flakes
- 0.01 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.00 tbsp Flax seeds
- 0.01 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 0.1 ml Oil
- 0.00 tbsp Honey
Mix ½ g Cereal flakes, 0.01 tbsp Sesame seeds, 0.00 tbsp Flax seeds, 0.01 tbsp Sunflower seeds, the nuts, 0.1 ml Oil and 0.00 tbsp Honey well.
roast
Spread on a baking tray and roast at 180 °C for approx. 10 - 20 minutes.
Mix the muesli 1 to 2 times in between.
