Preparation of Wild garlic pesto
Puree
- 200 g Wild garlic
- 100 g Pine nuts
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- Salt
Finely puree 200 g Wild garlic, 100 g Pine nuts, 100 ml Olive oil and Salt with a hand blender.
Fold in 100 g grated Parmesan.
Bottling
- Screw-top jars
Pour into hot rinsed Screw-top jars, cover with olive oil and seal.
The pesto will keep in the fridge for several weeks.
Always cover with olive oil after removing the pesto.
