Preparation of Ketchup

- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Clove
- 5 Allspice berries
- 1 Bay leaf
- 10 Peppercorns
- etwas Cinnamon
Season with 2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Sugar, 1 Clove, 5 Allspice berries, 1 Bay leaf, 10 Peppercorns and etwas Cinnamon.
cook
Simmer for about 40 minutes.
Pass through a sieve.
Boil down to the desired consistency (approx. 40 min).

Fill into sterile bottles.
