Ingredients: 800 g Mango chutney

Ingredients: 2 Mango, 2 Onions, 6 tbsp Oil, 6 tbsp Jelly sugar, 70 ml Vinegar, 2 tbsp Ginger, Salt, Curry powder, Pepper, Chili powder

Preparation of Mango chutney

2 Mango dice, 2 Onions fine dice. 2 tbsp Ginger finely chop.

roast

Sweat the onion in 6 tbsp Oil until translucent. Add the ginger and the mangoes. Stir fry for a few more minutes. Delete with 70 ml Vinegar.

sweeten

Add 6 tbsp Jelly sugar and stir in well. (water escapes through the sugar).

season

  • Salt, Curry powder, Pepper, Chili powder
Season with Salt, Curry powder, Pepper and Chili powder.

boil down

Reduce for about 10 to 30 minutes until the mango pieces are soft and the chutney has a thick consistency.
