Ingredients for 6000 g: 3 kg Cereal flakes, 600 ml Sunflower seeds, 480 ml Sesame seeds, 600 g Almonds, 600 g Hazelnuts, 600 ml Oil, 240 ml Flax seeds, 240 ml Honey

Preparation of Crunchy muesli

Blanch 600 g Almonds, peel off the skin and chop coarsely. 600 g Hazelnuts coarsely chop.

mix

Mix 3 kg Cereal flakes, 480 ml Sesame seeds, 240 ml Flax seeds, 600 ml Sunflower seeds, the nuts, 600 ml Oil and 240 ml Honey well.

roast

Spread on a baking tray and roast at 180 °C for approx. 10 - 20 minutes. Mix the muesli 1 to 2 times in between.
