Preparation of Ginger liqueur
mix
- ½ L Apple juice
- 160 g Sugar
- 80 g Ginger
- ½ tsp Allspice berries
- 2 Cloves
Mix ½ L Apple juice and 160 g Sugar, stir and heat up.
Peel and chop 80 g Ginger, add 2 Cloves and ½ tsp Allspice berries.

- ½ L Grain spirit
Simmer for 15 minutes, add ½ L Grain spirit and leave to cool.
bottle
Fill into a bottle (approx. 1 l) and leave to infuse for 7 - 10 days.
Then sieve and off you go!
