Ingredients for 1 liter: 500 ml Apple juice, 500 ml Grain spirit, 160 g Sugar, 80 g Ginger, ½ tsp Allspice berries, 2 Cloves

Preparation of Ginger liqueur

Mix ½ L Apple juice and 160 g Sugar, stir and heat up. Peel and chop 80 g Ginger, add 2 Cloves and ½ tsp Allspice berries.

Simmer for 15 minutes, add ½ L Grain spirit and leave to cool.

bottle

Fill into a bottle (approx. 1 l) and leave to infuse for 7 - 10 days. Then sieve and off you go!
