Ingredients: 500 g Crunchy muesli

Ingredients: 250 g Cereal flakes, 5 tbsp Sunflower seeds, 4 tbsp Sesame seeds, 50 g Almonds, 50 g Hazelnuts, 50 ml Oil, 2 tbsp Flax seeds, 2 tbsp Honey

Preparation of Crunchy muesli

Blanch 50 g Almonds, peel off the skin and chop coarsely. 50 g Hazelnuts coarsely chop.

mix

Mix 250 g Cereal flakes, 4 tbsp Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp Flax seeds, 5 tbsp Sunflower seeds, the nuts, 50 ml Oil and 2 tbsp Honey well.

roast

Spread on a baking tray and roast at 180 °C for approx. 10 - 20 minutes. Mix the muesli 1 to 2 times in between.
