Preparation of Chef's salad
eggs
- 2 eggs
2 eggs hard boil, peel and cut into eighths.
vegetables
marinade
- 250 ml Yogurt
- 130 ml Crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp Chives
- 1 clove Garlic
- ⅓ Chili peppers
- Salt, Pepper, Paprika powder
Mix 250 ml Yogurt and 130 ml Crème fraîche.
Season with Salt, Pepper, Paprika powder, 3 tbsp Chives and 1 clove Garlic.
Finely chop ⅓ Chili peppers (fresh) and add.

- Salt
First arrange the cucumbers and salad on a plate (1 plate per portion).
Season lightly with Salt and drizzle with the lemon juice.
Then layer onion and tomatoes on top, and finally cheese, ham and eggs.
Season again with salt and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Pour the marinade over it.
