Preparation of Celery salad
Cooking celery
- 1 Celery
Cut 1 Celery into four thick slices and cook or steam until al dente.
Marinate celery
- 1 grated Apple
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- Vinegar, Salt
Leave the cooked celeriac to cool (or place in cold water) and cut or grate into fine strips.
Mix with 1 grated Apple, 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp Sour cream, Vinegar and Salt.
Serve the celery salad
- 8 Walnuts
Roughly chop 8 Walnuts and sprinkle over the celery salad.
