Preparation of Celery salad

Cooking celery

Cut 1 Celery into four thick slices and cook or steam until al dente.

Marinate celery

Leave the cooked celeriac to cool (or place in cold water) and cut or grate into fine strips. Mix with 1 grated Apple, 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp Sour cream, Vinegar and Salt.

Serve the celery salad

Roughly chop 8 Walnuts and sprinkle over the celery salad.
