Preparation of Cabbage Salad (with vinegar and oil)
Cutting cabbage
1 White cabbage quarter.
Slice the cabbage into fine strips using a slicer.
Hold the cabbage by the stalk side.
Salting

Salt the sliced cabbage well with Salt and knead thoroughly.

Then squeeze well.
