Preparation of Fried potato slices
prepare
- 80 dag potatoes
Peel and slice 80 dag potatoes.
roast
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
Spread 5 tbsp Olive oil on a baking tray and place the slices on top.
Roast in the oven at 180 °C for 20 - 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes if necessary.

Season with Salt.
