Ingredients: 1 kg potatoes, 2 Onions, 2 tbsp Mustard, 2 tbsp Oil, Salt, Chives, Pepper

Preparation of Potato salad

Cooking potatoes

1 kg potatoes Steam until soft and peel. Cut into slices while still hot and place in a bowl.

Marinate

2 Onions finely chop. Spread the onion over the potatoes. Make a marinade from 250 ml Soup, 2 tbsp Mustard, 2 tbsp Oil and Salt and pour over the salad. Leave to infuse for at least half an hour. Sprinkle the potato salad with Chives and fresh ground Pepper.
