Preparation of Sesame apples
- 80 dag potatoes
- 4 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Oil
80 dag potatoes Wash well and cut in half.
Brush the cut side with 3 tbsp Oil and press into 4 tbsp Sesame seeds.
Grease an ovenproof dish or tray and place the potatoes in it with the sesame side down.
Roast for about 20 minutes at 180 °C.
