Ingredients: Red cabbage for 4 persons

Ingredients: 3 apples, 500 g Red cabbage, 200 ml Red wine, 1 Onion, 4 tbsp Oil, 3 tbsp Lingonberry compote

Preparation of Red cabbage

Slicing red cabbage

Slice or cut 500 g Red cabbage into thin strips. 1 Onion finely chop.

Roast red cabbage

Fry the onion in 4 tbsp Oil for a few minutes. Add the cabbage and fry until it collapses.

Deglaze & cook

Delete with 200 ml Red wine. Coarsely grate 3 apples and add to the cabbage together with 3 tbsp Lingonberry compote. Cover the red cabbage and simmer over a low heat for about 1 hour.
