Ingredients for 10 persons: 7.5 apples, 1.25 kg Red cabbage, 500 ml Red wine, 2.5 Onions, 100 ml Oil, 7.5 tbsp Lingonberry compote

Preparation of Red cabbage

Slicing red cabbage

Slice or cut 1.25 kg Red cabbage into thin strips. 2.5 Onions finely chop.

Roast red cabbage

Fry the onion in 100 ml Oil for a few minutes. Add the cabbage and fry until it collapses.

Deglaze & cook

Delete with 500 ml Red wine. Coarsely grate 7.5 apples and add to the cabbage together with 7.5 tbsp Lingonberry compote. Cover the red cabbage and simmer over a low heat for about 1 hour.
