Preparation of Winter salad with beans
Beans
- 10 dag Käfer beans
Soak 10 dag Käfer beans and cook for approx. 1 hour until soft and chop roughly into pieces.
Vegetables
- 2 Carrots
- 10 dag Lamb's lettuce
- 1 Onion
Wash 10 dag Lamb's lettuce, finely grate 2 Carrots, finely chop 1 Onion.
Marinate
- Salt, Water, Vinegar, Oil
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate with Salt, Water, Vinegar and Oil.
