Ingredients for 6 persons: 3 Cucumber, 750 ml Yogurt, 600 g Salad, 390 ml Crème fraîche, 6 eggs, 3 red onions, 300 g Ham, 300 g Cheese, 3 Tomatoes, 3 Lemons, 9 tbsp Chives, 3 cloves Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Paprika powder, 1 Chili peppers

Preparation of Chef's salad

eggs

6 eggs hard boil, peel and cut into eighths.

vegetables

Cut 60 dag Salad into strips. Slice or cut 3 Cucumber into thin slices. Halve 3 Tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut 3 red onions into strips. Squeeze 3 Lemons.

ham+cheese

Cut 30 dag Ham and 30 dag Cheese into strips.

marinade

Mix 750 ml Yogurt and 390 ml Crème fraîche. Season with Salt, Pepper, Paprika powder, 9 tbsp Chives and 3 cloves Garlic. Finely chop 1 Chili peppers (fresh) and add.

dress

First arrange the cucumbers and salad on a plate (1 plate per portion). Season lightly with Salt and drizzle with the lemon juice. Then layer onion and tomatoes on top, and finally cheese, ham and eggs. Season again with salt and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Pour the marinade over it.
