Ingredients: Winter wok for 2 persons

Ingredients: 2 Carrots, 200 g Lentils, 1 Onion, 2 tbsp Cornstarch, 1 Fennel, 1 Parsnip, Rice wine, Soy sauce, Pepper, Garlic, Lentils, Rice

Preparation of Winter wok

Cutting vegetables

Cut 1 Onion, 1 Fennel, 2 Carrots and 1 Parsnip into strips.

Cooking lentils

Place 20 dag Lentils with 400 ml Water in a pan and cook for approx. 20 minutes until soft.

Fry & deglaze

  • 500 ml Soup
  • Rice wine, Soy sauce
Stir-fry the vegetables in the wok over a high heat. Deglaze with Rice wine and Soy sauce and top up with 500 ml Soup. Cover and simmer for a few minutes.

Finish

Season with Pepper and Garlic. Mix 2 tbsp Cornstarch with cold Water and stir into the sauce. Add the cooked Lentils. Serve with Rice.
