Preparation of Oven pumpkin

Pumpkin

Cut 1 small Pumpkin in half (e.g. Hokkaidio or butternut), remove the seeds and cut into 2 cm wide strips. Oil a baking tray with 2 tbsp Oil and spread the pumpkin strips loosely on it. Roast in the oven at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes. Turn the strips halfway through.
