Preparation of Potato goulash

Preparations

Peel and roughly dice 80 dag potatoes. Cut 2 Onions into fine strips. Cut 4 Frankfurters into slices. Other sausages can also be used depending on taste.

Sauté

Sweat the onions in 4 tbsp Clarified butter until they turn a light color. Remove from the stove. Dust with 20 g Paprika powder, add 1 tsp Vinegar and deglaze with 1 L Soup.

Cooking

  • Garlic, Marjoram, Pepper, Salt
Add the potatoes to the goulash. Season the potato goulash with Garlic, Marjoram, Pepper and Salt. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add the sausage and cook to the desired consistency (another 5 - 10 minutes).
