Preparation of Curry sauce

Mix 250 g Sour cream, 50 ml Whipping cream, 75 g Crème fraîche and 150 g Curd cheese to a smooth sauce.

Season with 1 tbsp Olive oil, 2 tbsp Curry, 1 tbsp Parsley, 1 tsp Sambal Oelek, 1 tsp Mustard, Salt and Pepper. Mix everything well.
