Preparation of Onion mayonnaise

Mayonnaise

Stir 2 Egg yolk with 1 tbsp Vinegar, 1 tbsp Mustard, Salt and Pepper with a whisk until smooth. First add 250 ml Oil drop by drop, stirring constantly. When the mayonnaise thickens, add the remaining oil in portions, stirring constantly.

Onion

Finely chop 1 Onion and stir into the mayonnaise.
