Preparation of Curry sauce

Mix 2.5 kg Sour cream, 500 ml Whipping cream, 750 g Crème fraîche and 1.5 kg Curd cheese to a smooth sauce.

season

Season with 100 ml Olive oil, 200 ml Curry, 100 ml Parsley, 40 ml Sambal Oelek, 40 ml Mustard, Salt and Pepper. Mix everything well.
