Ingredients for 4 persons: 2 Onions, ½ bunches Parsley, 100 ml Whipping cream, 50 g Butter, 50 ml White wine, 2 tbsp Flour, Salt, Garlic, Herbs

Preparation of Herb sauce

Onion roux

Finely chop 2 Onions and sauté in 50 g Butter until translucent. Dust with 2 tbsp Flour and stir in quickly. Fry the flour briefly. Deglaze the sauce with 50 ml White wine and pour in 250 ml Soup.

Seasoning & Cooking

Season the herb sauce with Salt and Garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes. Infuse with 100 ml Whipping cream. Finely chop ½ bunches Parsley or other Herbs and stir into the hot sauce, but do not boil any more.
