Preparation of Cashew milk
Soak the cashew nuts
- 80 g Cashewkerne
Soak 80 g Cashewkerne in hot water for half an hour or in cold water overnight.
Blend cashews
- 100 ml Water
- Water
Add 100 ml Water to the soaked cashew nuts and puree very finely using a blender or hand blender. Depending on the desired consistency, use more or less Water in this step.
