Mix 62.5 g Sour cream, 12.5 ml Whipping cream, 18.75 g Crème fraîche and 37.5 g Curd cheese to a smooth sauce.
season
- ½ tbsp Curry
- ¼ tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tbsp Parsley
- ¼ tsp Sambal Oelek
- ¼ tsp Mustard
- Salt, Pepper
Season with ¼ tbsp Olive oil, ½ tbsp Curry, ¼ tbsp Parsley, ¼ tsp Sambal Oelek, ¼ tsp Mustard, Salt and Pepper.
