Mix 1.88 kg Sour cream, 375 ml Whipping cream, 562.5 g Crème fraîche and 1.13 kg Curd cheese to a smooth sauce.
season
- 150 ml Curry
- 7.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 7.5 tbsp Parsley
- 7.5 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 7.5 tsp Mustard
- Salt, Pepper
Season with 7.5 tbsp Olive oil, 150 ml Curry, 7.5 tbsp Parsley, 7.5 tsp Sambal Oelek, 7.5 tsp Mustard, Salt and Pepper.
