Ingredients: 1 kg beet, 50 ml Vinegar, 20 g Horseradish, 1 tbsp Caraway, 1 tsp Salt, Oil

Preparation of Beet salad

cook

1 kg beet Wash well and brush off. Cook with a steamer insert or in Salted water for approx. 2 hours until soft.

cut

Peel the beetroot and cut or slice thinly.

marinate

Briefly bring 50 ml Vinegar, 50 ml Water, 1 tbsp Caraway, 1 tsp Salt and 20 g grated Horseradish to the boil together. Pour over the beets and mix well. Add Oil according to taste.
