- 25 Anchovy fillets
- 62.5 Capers
Chop 25 Pickles, 6.25 Onions, 62.5 Capers, 25 Anchovy fillets and 375 ml Parsley as finely as possible.
sauce
- 1.25 kg Mayonnaise
- 500 ml Sour cream
- 500 ml Whipping cream
- 125 ml Vinegar
- 50 ml Mustard
Mix 1.25 kg Mayonnaise, 125 ml Vinegar, 500 ml Sour cream, 500 ml Whipping cream, 50 ml Mustard well with vegetables and spices.
