Preparation of Tartar sauce

- ¾ tbsp Parsley
- ½ Gherkin
- ½ Anchovy fillet
- 1.25 Capers
Chop ½ Gherkin, 0.13 Onion, 1.25 Capers, ½ Anchovy fillet and ¾ tbsp Parsley as finely as possible.

- 25 g Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Whipping cream
- ¼ tbsp Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Mustard
Mix 25 g Mayonnaise, ¼ tbsp Vinegar, 1 tbsp Sour cream, 1 tbsp Whipping cream, ¼ tsp Mustard well with vegetables and spices.
