Preparation of Tartar sauce

- ¾ Onion
- 4.5 tbsp Parsley
- 3 Pickles
- 3 Anchovy fillets
- 7.5 Capers
Chop 3 Pickles, ¾ Onion, 7.5 Capers, 3 Anchovy fillets and 4.5 tbsp Parsley as finely as possible.
sauce
- 150 g Mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp Sour cream
- 6 tbsp Whipping cream
- 1.5 tbsp Vinegar
- 1.5 tsp Mustard
Mix 150 g Mayonnaise, 1.5 tbsp Vinegar, 6 tbsp Sour cream, 6 tbsp Whipping cream, 1.5 tsp Mustard well with vegetables and spices.
