Preparation of Herbal syrup

- 3 L Water
- 3 sticks Lemon balm
- 3 sticks Mint
- 2 Lemons
- 80 g Citric acid
- 10 Elderflowers
- 15 Yarrow blossoms
Mix 3 L Water, 80 g Citric acid, 2 Lemons in slices (untreated), 10 Elderflowers, 3 sticks Lemon balm (stems + leaves), 3 sticks Mint (orange or nana mint) (also stems + leaves) and 15 Yarrow blossoms and leave to stand in a cool place for 2 days.
boil up
- 3 kg Sugar
Add 3 kg Sugar, bring to the boil, strain and pour hot into bottles.
